Do you have a pool? The VP Swimschool instructor comes to you, with the same one-to-one teaching as at the Bains de Cressy, at a time that suits your family.
01The experience
A private swimming lesson, at your home
No travel, no changing rooms, surroundings the swimmer already knows: learning in your own pool is often reassuring, especially for the youngest or for those who feel uneasy in the water.
The instructor comes to your private pool, in the canton of Geneva, for a 30-minute private lesson, whatever the swimmer’s age. A lesson costs CHF 90; the pack of 10 lessons, CHF 850, is valid for 3 months from purchase. Other formats are possible on request.

They travel to your private pool, in the canton of Geneva, at the times agreed with you.

One swimmer, one lesson built for them
The lesson is one-to-one, for a child as for an adult: the same teaching as at the Bains de Cressy, built around a single swimmer and their level.

In your private setting
No audience around the pool: the lesson takes place at home, in water the swimmer knows, at a time that suits your family.

Progress tracked in the Aquatic Passport
Each swimmer is placed from the first lesson, then their progress can be read there step by step.

One price, whatever the age

How it works
Three steps, and nothing is committed before we reply.

You describe your pool and the swimmer
Municipality, the swimmer’s age and level, type of pool and availability: a few lines are enough.

We reply with a time and an offer
We send you a proposal with the time and the final price; the booking is only confirmed once paid or covered by a package credit.

The lesson takes place at your home
The instructor comes to your home at the agreed times and gets into the water with the swimmer.

Where do we teach?
In the canton of Geneva, notably in Cologny, Vandœuvres, Collonge-Bellerive and Pregny-Chambésy. For another municipality, ask us: we will reply according to availability.
04Children, teenagers and adults
Who is it for?
From water confidence to learning the strokes, from getting back in to refining technique: one format, one price, whatever the swimmer’s age.
How much does a home lesson cost?
A 30-minute private lesson at home or in a private pool costs CHF 90, whatever the swimmer’s age. The pack of 10 lessons costs CHF 850, that is CHF 85 per lesson, valid for 3 months from purchase. Other formats at home (45 minutes, two swimmers) are considered on request.
Is the price the same for a child and for an adult?
Yes. At home, the 30-minute private lesson costs CHF 90 whatever the swimmer’s age, and CHF 850 for a pack of 10 lessons.
Is my pool suitable?
Tell us its size, its depth and the usual water temperature. We will tell you whether it suits the lesson you have in mind, especially for young children.
I do not have a pool. What are my options?
Lessons take place at the Bains de Cressy in Confignon, in water at 34 °C: see the pool prices.
Are the cancellation rules the same?
Yes: a cancellation 24 hours or more before the lesson is credited back; within 24 hours, or in case of a no-show, the lesson is counted as used. If safety, temperature or water conditions do not allow the lesson, it is postponed or credited back. Any travel costs are always announced before confirmation. Lessons and packs are non-refundable.
